Strawberries, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers & orzo tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with candied walnuts. Served on butter lettuce.
Diver scallops & shrimp marinated in lime juice then tossed with a mango-habanero pico de gallo. Finished with sliced avocado and served with house tortilla chips.
Wild caught shrimp sauteed with artichoke hearts in a tarragon cream. Served over spinach and ricotta cheese ravioli. Finished with parmesan and scallions
